Qualificações

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the applicable states within district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
