Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a PharmD degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Performs compounding, dispensing verification, and medication management; ensures compliant dispensing.
• Follows Good Faith Dispensing policies and regulatory guidelines; supports workflow and inventory.
• Supports pharmacy operations, KPI review, and coordination with the pharmacy team and managers.
• Delivers immunizations and preventive health services to patients and communities.
