Job summary

CVS Health welcomes graduates to the Graduate Pharmacy Intern program, where you’ll translate didactic learning into real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You’ll complete a 120‑day training roadmap, support safe dispensing, and learn SOPs while delivering compassionate patient care across CVS stores.

As you gain tenure, you’ll take on greater responsibilities in management, operations, and patient services within a supportive, inclusive culture that prioritizes safety and quality

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the program.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs, protect patient privacy, and support safe operations.
• Counsel patients when appropriate and provide empathetic service.
• Support immunization efforts and other services as allowed by law.
• Travel to stores within the market to cover shifts as needed.
