Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern to join our dynamic team in West Valley City, UT. You will gain hands-on experience in patient care, patient education, and pharmacy operations within a community setting.

As a paid intern, you will support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, assisting customers, and maintaining a compliant, organized pharmacy space. This role emphasizes HIPAA and PHI guidelines, teamwork, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-based Immunization Delivery Certification encouraged as preferred qualification.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of information, records, and documentation per company policies and laws.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing needs and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
