Walmart Pharmacy is hiring a Pre-Grad Intern to support our pharmacy team with patient care, prescription processing, and customer service. You will gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting while learning best practices and HIPAA compliance.

As an Intern, you will help manage inventory and assist with community outreach, outreach events, and patient education under supervision. Shifts may vary and compensation ranges from $19.50 to $32.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school
• Excellent patient service and communication
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
• Inventory management and pharmacy area maintenance

Responsibilities

• Process prescription and OTC orders
• Deliver patient care by assessing needs and guiding therapies
• Maintain confidentiality of information per policies
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers
