Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world store setting, under a preceptor and district leadership. You will complete a 120‑day training roadmap spanning store, district, and regional operations, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and SOP adherence.

As readiness grows, you’ll support pharmacy operations, counseling patients under supervision, and participate in immunization and expanded services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
• Follow SOPs and store procedures to support patient safety and service quality
• Counsel patients and respond to basic medical questions under pharmacist supervision
• Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by state law
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with ordering and receiving medications
