Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a P1 or P2 at an accredited school of pharmacy (required).
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience as technician or intern (preferred).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulatory and clinical information.
• Strong math, data handling, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Properly use dispensing and bar coding tech to ensure accurate medication selection, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and repackage dosage forms following procedures.
• Specialized training in sterile and hazardous compounding.
• Provide clinical and drug information support to pharmacists by answering calls and messages.
• Undertake clinical functions under pharmacist supervision up to education level, including renal adjustments and vaccinations.
• Help maintain Pharmacy environmental quality per Infection Control standards.
• Assist in planning and implementing pharmacy workflow improvements.
