CVS Health in Florida invites third-year pharmacy students to join our internship program at CVS Health locations.

As a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern, you’ll apply classroom knowledge in real-world store settings under a licensed pharmacist, with a structured training roadmap and hands-on exposure to counseling, dispensing, immunizations, and day-to-day pharmacy operations in a caring, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist pharmacists with patient interactions, immunizations, and service delivery as needed
• Counsel patients and obtain relevant medical history when appropriate under supervision
• Support telephonic prescriptions and communication with prescribers under state guidance
• Perform inventory activities and help maintain a safe, compliant pharmacy environment
