Job summary

CVS Health in Ohio seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams across CVS retail locations. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help with prescription processing, patient counseling, immunizations, and daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate service.

This role emphasizes learning, adherence to SOPs, and developing clinical and technical skills while traveling to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Counsel patients and answer medical questions under supervision
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with cycle counts
