Job summary

CVS Health in Salisbury, MD seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and support pharmacy teams while preparing for a Pharmacist role under the guidance of a preceptor.

You will follow a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap, deepen patient safety understanding, and work to deliver safe, timely prescriptions with compassionate care across store operations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to starting the program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients, answer questions, and support immunization services where allowed.
• Assist with inventory and medication deliveries as directed by leadership.
• Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic.
