Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team in a part-time role. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will contribute to safe operations, patient care, and medication-related services.

You will participate in patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service, while supporting inventory and workflow management in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time.
• Lift, scan, and bag items; Finger Dexterity for fine tasks.
• Reach overhead and extend limbs to grasp items; Visual acuity for reading and computer work.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs of force.
• Have regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
