Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will contribute to safe and effective retail pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

This part-time internship emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork. You’ll gain hands-on experience in immunization support, inventory management, and patient communication while maintaining regular weekend attendance.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience or internship exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision of a licensed pharmacist in retail operations.
• Maintain patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Support inventory management and workflow processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in patient care programs.
