CVS Health is offering a hands-on internship path for US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates. After passing FPGEE and TOEFL, interns complete required hours and prepare for Pharmacist licensure, under a preceptor-led program across CVS locations.

You will learn pharmacy operations, patient care scenarios, and leadership skills while supporting the team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and excellent service. The program emphasizes empathy, compliance, and growth within a retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• FPGEC certification required or in progress
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
• Counsel patients when appropriate under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and clarify when needed
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and mentoring to team members
• Assist with basic inventory activities and cycle counts
• Travel to stores in the market to support business needs as required
