Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team and deliver compassionate patient care. You will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to help ensure a safe, efficient retail pharmacy environment and provide excellent service to patients.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory and workflow management, and strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern licensure as required.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and provide compassionate patient care.
• Perform pharmacy-related tasks under supervision to ensure safe care.
• Ensure regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service are met.
• Assist with inventory and workflow management as part of the pharmacy team.
