Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for a part-time role in Ohio. Under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will contribute to patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance within the Retail Pharmacy environment.

You will support inventory, workflow, and customer service, while developing professionally in a culture focused on continuous improvement and compassionate care for patients.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0–3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to: regular attendance including weekends; lift and stand for extended periods; manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering safe and effective Retail Pharmacy operations.
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Provide exceptional patient care and service; assist with inventory and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification).
• Lead with empathy and collaboration to improve outcomes for patients and colleagues.
