Job summary
Salina Regional Health Center is seeking an Informatics Pharmacist to optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems across the network. You will enhance medication safety, streamline operations, and contribute to compliance through expert technical and clinical practice.
The role includes supporting drug-diversion monitoring, ensuring quality of care, and delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical services in accordance with hospital standards and laws.
Qualifications
- PharmD required for consideration.
- 1 year hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Kansas license or eligibility highly preferred.
- Experience with informatics, automation, or IT applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, technologies, and workflows across Salina Regional and affiliated locations.
- Enhance medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through smart system use and continuous improvement.
- Support and help manage drug diversion monitoring programs and tools.
- Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain.
- Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and drug information, in accordance with hospital standards and pharmacy law.
