Job summary

Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a clinical pharmacist to perform pharmacist functions under supervision, in compliance with state law and Mercy standards. You will operate under the Director's directives and contribute to patient care with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role is part-time, PRN, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within Mercy’s collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy is required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Must be license eligible in the state of practice and pass the boards on the first attempt.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clinical Pharmacist functions under supervision as prescribed by law and regulations.
• Work in accordance with the objectives, planning and directives of the Director.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and the organization’s mission and values.

Overview

This position is responsible for performing the Clinical Pharmacist functions, under supervision of a pharmacist, as prescribed by law and regulation for the state of practice and in accordance with the objectives, planning, and directives assigned to the areas of responsibility assigned by the Director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Requires graduation from accredited school of pharmacy.
• Preferred Experience: Hospital Pharmacy Experience.
• Licensure: Must be license eligible in the state of practice and take the exam the next available time. To be eligible for the position, the applicant must pass the boards the first time.
