Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent (FPGEC/NABP).
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
