Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in a patient-centered role that focuses on direct care and wellness services. You will be part of a team delivering disease state management and optimizing medication therapy within a community setting.

The successful candidate will hold a pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or equivalent), be a licensed pharmacist in good standing, and be a Certified Immunizer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

• Actively delivers patient care services
• Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks and pharmacy interns
