Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Indiana, a member of Guardian, is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Indianapolis. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions accurately and on time for delivery to customers.

This onsite role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, and a shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM one

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required per state.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required; PTCB preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience; basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication.
• Maintain inventory and remove expired meds; keep stock neat and organized.
• Meet pharmacy accuracy and productivity targets; work with other teams to keep workflow smooth.
