Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Fulfillment Technician in Burgettstown, PA to support pharmacists in daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications. You will help maintain inventory, ensure accuracy, and uphold quality control standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, completion of a pharmacy technician program, and a state license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program.
• Minimum of six months experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attention to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.
• State Pharmacy License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications in compliance with all regulations.
• Perform prepacking duties, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of the fulfillment area by performing regular cleaning tasks and assisting in the maintenance of equipment and materials.
