Job summary

Saliba's Extended Care Pharmacy, a member of the Guardian family, is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Phoenix, AZ. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, pharmacy technician license/certification, and 1+ year experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ years of related experience; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, including removing expired meds and keeping stock neat.
• Meet pharmacy's accuracy and productivity levels and collaborate with team to keep workflow smooth.
