Guardian Pharmacy in Shelbyville, TN is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to support medication fulfillment under supervision. You will verify information, prepare prescription orders, label packaging, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-driven, deadline-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience; technical knowledge may substitute.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescribed items from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging and scan into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that scans improperly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medications for orders.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and keeping stock organized and up to date.
• Meet pharmacy accuracy and productivity targets consistently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other areas to keep workflow smooth.
