Job summary

The Accredo Health Group, Inc. on-site team in Honolulu is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment and inventory tasks. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, inventory management, order entry, and customer communication, with HIPAA compliance required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
• Hawaii State Pharmacy Technician License
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills desired
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Comfortable in holding people accountable to hit production rates and the ability to determine appropriate reasons when rates are not met.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times and changing needs
• Willingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes/programs as needed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Standard Work includes processing prescription and inventory management.
• Works in a production setting to help production needs and stay familiar with current work instructions.
• Primary focus will be fulfilment and inventory management but willingness to cross train in all functions is expected.
• Additional duties as assigned.
