Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of the Piedmont in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. You will fill prescriptions, apply labels, verify data, and help maintain inventory in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an active pharmacy technician license. Knowledge of inventory, accuracy, and collaboration with the pharmacist is essential for patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with state pharmacy tech certification.
• Current Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred to enhance readiness for duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan, and assemble into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty for any medication scanning issues.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in physical inventory as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and productivity while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
