Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Pink Hill, North Carolina. The role involves filling and packaging prescriptions accurately for customer delivery, under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Shifts rotate between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM, with weekend rotation and potential overtime. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging and place into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any scanning issues.
• Assist in training and development to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Ensure inventory needs and adequate supply of medications to complete orders.
• Maintain organized inventory and workspace, and assist with physical inventory as needed.
• Meet pharmacy's accuracy and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow.
