Job summary

This position is onsite with a structured rotating schedule and occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will have WA Pharmacy Assistant credentials, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant Certification/License required by WA DOH.
• Candidates must obtain WA Pharmacy Assistant credential.
• Reliable transportation to onsite Everett, WA location.
• Stand and walk for ≥8 hours per shift.
• Must lift 20–25 pounds and bend/twist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders for shipment and fulfillment.
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions for shipping.
• Sort orders by store location and prepare for distribution.
• Load products into trucks and shipping totes.
• Maintain accurate, timely workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow HIPAA, safety guidelines and SOPs.
