Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support controlled entry.
• Prepare incident reports and logs.
