Description

The Pricing Associate works within the Financial, Actuarial and Analytics (FAA) team and closely with the Pharmacy Practice within Health and Benefits. As a Pharmacy Pricing Associate, you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. This role provides excellent opportunities to grow your pharmacy and broader health and benefits financial acumen and client management skills by working on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses, including cost savings and data analysis projections, and reviewing/updating pricing and analytical models.
  • Developing client analyses and related documents such as presentations and pharmacy contract reviews.
  • Analyzing, comparing, and negotiating vendor products, services, contracts, and pricing guarantees.
  • Designing, distributing, and evaluating responses to RFPs.
  • Leading project management efforts, contributing to project planning, and ensuring timely delivery within budgets and quality standards.
  • Supporting the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives, such as developing new financial models or tools.
  • Assisting with the preparation and presentation of client deliverables.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in designing or managing large group pharmacy benefit plans, preferably in consulting, brokerage, PBM, or carrier environments.
  • Strong financial skills, with experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting, or valuation preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with quantitative coursework.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive in issue resolution.
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to respond effectively and promptly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills.
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
Additional Information

The salary range is $80,000 to $105,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual bonus. WTW offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wellness, leave benefits, and flexible work arrangements. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, and involves a hybrid work model.
