Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is looking for a Pharmacy Fill Technician in Milford Mill, Maryland. In this role, you will accurately prepare prescriptions and assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace. Responsibilities include pulling medications, checking the accuracy of final preparation, and filling drug orders under supervision.

A high school diploma is required along with pharmacy technician licenses. Preferred candidates have previous pharmacy experience and knowledge of medications. We offer competitive benefits including medical insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work various shifts and days.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred (one or more years of long-term care experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pull/pick medications from shelving and other medication storage areas.
• Accuracy check of final preparation before presenting to the pharmacist.
• Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently.

Skills

Knowledge of brand name/generic medications

Detail-focused with analytical problem-solving skills

Able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications
