Polaris Pharmacy Services is hiring a Pharmacy Fill Technician to prepare prescriptions, label, scan, and finalize orders for pharmacist verification. The role supports a compliant, organized work area and ensures accurate dispensing in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, state-registered pharmacy technician credentials, and prior pharmacy experience; flexibility for varied shifts and overtime is expected. Join a growth-focused, 24/7 operation.

Additionally, they assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace and ensure compliance with regulations.Duties/Responsibilities:Pull/pick medications from shelving and other medication storage areas (pre-pack racks)Accuracy check of final preparation before presenting to the pharmacistFill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently and in a timely and prioritized manner, under the supervision of a pharmacistAssist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedureAssist in pre-packing frequently ordered medications; label and stock as needed during low-volume timesPackage materials and products manuallyFollow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAAMaintain clean/organized workstation areas and replenish all stock supplies needed each shiftAlert the pharmacist on duty of any medication/product that is not scanning properlyComply with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress codeOvertime, holidays, and weekends may be required and/or expectedOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
