Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the School of Pharmacy Fellowship program. The role involves coordinating academic and operational activities and assisting senior staff with scheduling, travel, and budget management.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with six years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficient MS Office abilities.

Qualifications

• High school plus six years experience in related field.
• Additional education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Program director by planning and coordinating academic and operational activities.
• Assist the Pharmacy Practice Department Chair and staff with scheduling, meetings, mail distribution, roster maintenance, and related duties.
• Process travel applications and vouchers; track travel budgets and PIP funds as needed.
• Allocate P-Card funds for faculty and Business Managers, ensure compliance, and prepare month-end statements.
