Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Store Management or related field preferred.
• Pharmacy technician registrations may be required by state (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and manage staff productivity.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate employees; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and control annual store budget and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Schedule staff to meet payroll and service level goals; maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, SOPs, and corporate policies.
• Maintain inventory levels to maximize turns and meet customer needs.
• Implement marketing, promotions, and loss-prevention programs.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and external agencies as needed.
