Job summary

Kinney Drugs is seeking a Pharmacy Manager responsible for implementing Kinney Standards of Practice to deliver the highest quality health care service to customers.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, schedule personnel, and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines while maintaining inventory and fostering professional relationships with doctors and health care professionals.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD degree required.
• Experience dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients.
• Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy guidelines.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients.
• Ensure quality assurance of all prescriptions.
• Oversee third party claim submissions and collections.
