Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a Mesa-based compounding pharmacy, is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support maintenance, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our facilities. You will execute preventive and corrective tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure a safe, compliant environment for our operations.

Reporting to Facilities Leadership, you will collaborate with operations, QA, and external vendors, manage work orders, and help maintain HVAC, cleanrooms, autoclaves, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related is preferred.
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; troubleshoot facility issues to resolve work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, cleanrooms, autoclaves, refrigeration and related systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders within timelines; document tasks and report recurring issues.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant facility environments and support regulatory documentation.
