Job summary

Henry Ford Hospital - Detroit Main Campus is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and oversee patient care related pharmacy services within the department. The role includes planning, implementing and managing operations while providing leadership for the professional staff to assure high-quality and economical pharmaceutical care.

The manager will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy and other department managers, fostering collaboration, research, and advancement of pharmacy practice

Qualifications

• Must have an advanced degree (Pharm.D. or equivalent) and completed a residency or fellow/research-related achievement.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating activities of others to develop improved pharmacy services.
• Strong verbal and written communication for dissemination of information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage patient care related pharmacy services.
• Provide leadership for professional staff and ensure economical pharmaceutical services.

Education
