Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support prescription processing and delivery accuracy. The role involves scanning prescriptions into totes, verifying orders for each facility, and delivering with a courteous, professional demeanor.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible hours; a HS diploma is required, and pharmacy system experience is preferred.

Schedule

Monday - Friday Hours

10:30 am - 8:30 pm

Saturday

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Sunday

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Pay Range

$15.20 - $22.80 per hour

Schedule is four ten-hour shifts a week with one week a month being three ten-hour shifts and a weekend rotation

Ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely. Comply with Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding of patient information.

Education and/or Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

Skills and Qualifications

• Computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
