Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Related experience preferred
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and ensure department standards are met
• Mentor and train new technicians
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required
• Identify training opportunities and coordinate on-the-job training
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with management and staff
• Support development and improvement of department processes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies
• Complete technician tasks on the production floor
• Guide associates and ensure procedures are followed
• Recognize areas for improvement and coach accordingly
• Collaborate with shift supervisors on daily tasks
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary Range

Minimum: $22.00, Maximum: $26.25
