Job summary

CompleteRx seeks a Director of Pharmacy for a 25-bed critical access hospital in Warsaw, NY. You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the partnered WCCHS hospital, with support from CompleteRx's operations team.

Compensation ranges from $155,000 to $173,000 annually. The role includes overseeing budgeting, policy development, formulary management, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree is required.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in New York State is required.
• Three (3) years of management experience.
• Three to five (3-5) years of hospital pharmacy experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates operations on an ongoing basis to ensure safe, appropriate, cost-effective care delivery.
• Develops, enforces, and maintains policies and procedures for cost-effective, appropriate, and safe drug use.
• Evaluates operations using continuous process improvement principles.
• Develops and maintains a formulary approved by medical staff.
• Supervises drug storage and preparation areas across the hospital.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and standards.
