Responsibilities

• Staffs and schedules pharmacy personnel; supervises staff.
• Develops and maintains a department policy and procedures manual for the pharmacy.
• Interviews and hires all pharmacy staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Oversees pharmacy drug budget; formulary; and drug purchasing contracts.
• Ensures compliance with clinical trials and sponsors; FDA, CALGB, NSABP, and RTOG; maintains licenses.
