Job summary

The Valley Health System seeks a seasoned Director of Pharmacy for Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas. You will oversee Pharmacy Services, lead strategic planning, clinical and distributive operations, and manage finances and personnel to ensure top‑tier patient care.

You will ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards, and drive performance improvements across the hospital pharmacy program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum five years of experience; eight to ten years preferred.
• Current Pharmacist License in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of Pharmacy Services and lead strategic planning.
• Oversee clinical and distributive services, financial and personnel management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, accreditation and organization standards.
