Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a pharmacy courier to perform delivery services to HealthPoint clinics, pharmacies, and other sites. The role involves loading and unloading totes, driving a HealthPoint vehicle, and handling related administrative tasks.

Compensation is dependent on skills and experience, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid WA driver’s license, and basic computer skills. COVID-19 immunization documentation is required prior to start.”

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6–12 months delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write basic correspondence such as memos.
• Work assignments are routine and regularly recurring and require attention and concentration.
• Possesses basic operating knowledge of computers.
• Maintain current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; Pharmacy Assistant license may be required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 pounds and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pharmacy totes for delivery to HealthPoint clinics, pharmacies, and other locations.
• Deliver pharmaceuticals, interoffice mail, and supplies using HealthPoint pharmacy vehicle to various locations.
• Maintain a vehicle delivery log sheet and records.
• Provide pharmacy staff support including inventory management and filing/record-keeping.
• Assist with PPE stock management and room upkeep; support scheduling and third-party reconciliation as needed.
• Operate a motor vehicle regularly to travel to locations and comply with driving policies.
