The role requires safe operation of company vehicles, adherence to HIPAA and HHHN policies, and maintenance of accurate delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school graduation or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of three years of related experience driving a similar vehicle.
• Previous delivery, courier, transportation, healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurability with clean driving record.
• Strong Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic technology skills, including mobile devices and delivery-tracking applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription medications, medical supplies, and related materials to patient homes, health centers, network-owned pharmacies, PACE locations, and other designated sites.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, securely, and within established service timelines.
• Verify delivery manifests and maintain appropriate chain-of-custody documentation.
• Obtain signatures or delivery confirmations as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and HHHN policies.
• Follow established procedures for handling temperature-sensitive, confidential, or restricted medications.
• Report delivery issues, delays, medication discrepancies, or safety concerns immediately.
