Job summary

PharMerica in Casper, WY is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Courier to support a closed-door pharmacy team serving long-term care and senior living clients. You will load, transport, and deliver pharmaceutical materials, manage routes, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining vehicle safety and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Licenses/Certifications: As required by government regulations and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials: Safely loads, transports, and unloads materials, goods, and equipment between assigned destinations.
• Route & time management: Plans and manages routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Documentation handling: Prepares, receives, and manages all necessary documentation to ensure accurate and on-time transportation of goods.
• Vehicle safety & maintenance: Conducts daily maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and reports issues to the manager, adhering to safety protocols.
• Procedure compliance: Follows pre-established guidelines to carry out daily tasks effectively.
• Customer interaction: Communicates with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Additional duties: Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
