Responsibilities include delivering items to patients, coordinating with the store team, maintaining confidentiality, and performing clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school not required; or up to one month related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• HIPAA awareness and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prescriptions, OTC items, paperwork, etc. to patients.
• Communicate well with the store team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, professional, friendly work environment.
• Assist with other tasks designated by the pharmacy manager.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Picks up payment, paperwork, signatures, and materials from patients.
• Picks up and delivers items between GRX Holdings stores.
• Clerical tasks such as bank deposits, mail delivery, and changing orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
