Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare Pharmacy is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver prescription orders to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes on a predetermined route. You’ll ensure timely, safe, and confidential handling of medications and related products within a company-provided vehicle.

No prior professional driving experience is required, but candidates with courier or gig-economy driving backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area is needed.
• Flexibility required Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license for vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication, equipment, products and supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Load products and materials for delivery.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local laws (HIPAA included).
• Provide timely, accurate delivery to support patient prescriptions.
