Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy, a CVS Health company, seeks a Delivery Driver to provide reliable delivery of prescription orders to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes. You will use a company vehicle on a predetermined route and maintain patient confidentiality throughout all patient interactions.

No prior professional driving experience is required, but candidates with limo, taxi, courier, or gig-economy backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Full-time with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Possess geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver's license in the state for vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription orders and products to long-term care facilities or patients' homes on a predetermined route.
• Load products/materials and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues.
• Comply with all federal, state and local laws including HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Provide courteous customer service and uphold highest professional/ethical standards.
