Guardian Mid-South Pharmacy in Bartlett, Tennessee is seeking a delivery driver to support our fast-paced long-term care pharmacy services. Starting pay is $15 per hour with scheduled Tuesday–Friday 10:30am–6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm, reflecting a full-time work pattern.

You will handle routes, ensure privacy, and maintain accurate paperwork and records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid TN driver’s license, and the ability to read maps in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Determine most efficient route for each assigned route.
• Check totes for facilities to ensure orders are complete before departure.
• Deliver correct totes to facilities promptly.
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pickup return items and refused medications per safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork at end of each shift.
• Present a pleasant, respectful demeanor to clients.
• Coordinate with team in special circumstances.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and arrange service as needed.
• Complete deliveries within shift time while obeying traffic laws.
• Follow patient privacy rules.
• Other essential duties as needed.
