Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Delivery Driver for evening routes. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm with pay of $17.00 per hour. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of delivery experience.

You’ll use GPS/maps, handle confidential patient information, and work with a team to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include planning routes, delivering totes, exchanging kits, completing paperwork, and maintaining the vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related delivery/logistics experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use GPS and read maps in English.
• Strong data entry and pharmacy software familiarity.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient daily routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Deliver totes to facilities and verify orders for accuracy.
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pickup returns and refused medications following safety rules.
• Complete all paperwork accurately at shift end.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
