Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Delivery Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role coordinates daily delivery schedules, prepares medications for delivery, and verifies addresses and orders.

You will work Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM with a rotating Saturday, supporting drivers and care teams, maintaining records, and helping with pharmacy operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri pharmacy technician registration or ability to obtain before your first day.
• National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT), or willingness to become certified shortly after hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the posted schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, driver assignments and routes.
• Prepare and organize medications, packaging and paperwork for delivery.
• Verify delivery addresses, orders and documentation for accuracy.
• Track deliveries and troubleshoot delays or urgent requests.
• Communicate with drivers, pharmacy staff and care teams.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and confirmations.
• Assist with pharmacy operations as needed.
